Little QOL Update


Ive updated a few things, most notably ive switched to the unity HDRP PBR lighting techniques, this update mainly focuses on getting the games visuals compatable with that rendering pipeline, and as a small bonus i have included an upgrade to the cursor system, with a few cursors redrawn, the cursor system can now animate cursor size, transparency, and rotation, allowing for much more visually engaging cursors, and can keep track of the current cursor status with a float value (the bucket is status 2, the bucket when full is status 2.1, the gun is status 3, the gun on the frame that it shoots is status 3.1, you get the idea), i redrew the placeholder art for the crosshair to look more visually appealing and to have a small red indicator that shows relatively where your aiming point is relative to at long distances (i havent implemented iron sights yet, but are ready to do so in the next update, so this is mainly for hipfiring), ive also redrawn the base cursor to be smaller and more visually appealing, and BTW, the cursor does a little size bounce every time the cursor manager detects a status change (going from full bucket to empty bucket and vice versa, shooting with the revolver, picking up an item, hovering over an item, ect)
